I was born in Denmark, today I live in Switzerland.
I am by nature a very open-minded person, looking for the best in every human being. I believe it is never too late to learn and pass on what we already know.
I found out about face yoga several years ago and have been doing it myself since beginning 2017. Today I am passionate about face yoga. I am doing it every morning. It has taught me a lot about myself.
As we get older, we might lose our self-confidence/self-esteem. We reach the menopause; our hormones get out of balance. We put on weight. But also, our skin loses its elasticity, the production of collagen decreases. The skin loses its glow. Wrinkles become more visible; the mouth gets smaller, just to mention a little of what happens.
Doing face yoga has helped me to keep my facial skin healthy and younger. Working with the muscles of my face has made my face firmer and reduced the wrinkles. Now, I do not need all that makeup like 3 years ago.
Learn how to do face yoga AND doing it right. You can start when you are 20, 30, or 40 years old. But you can also start at 50 or later. There is no age to start Face Yoga.
I believe in positive and holistic living. I am doing a lot of research for new techniques and studies, not only for Face Yoga but also for Positive Phycology (certified), Diets (certified), StrengthsFinding (certified), and Routinology.
I have helped women from many countries to have a younger and healthier appearance and more self-esteem/self-confidence.
